The research group “Patient participation” led by Prof. Dr. Dr. Martin Härter operates at the Department of Medical Psychology at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf. It is one of Germany’s leading work groups in the area of patient participation.
Central focuses of research include the development of projects for implementing shared decision-making in all areas of health care, the development of information systems and decision aids and the development of instruments for measuring patient involvement (e.g. SDM-Q-9).
The team of the work group “Patient participation” currently consists of Prof. Dr. Dr. Martin Härter, Dr. Jörg Dirmaier, Dr. Lisa Tlach, Dipl.Psych. Isabelle Scholl, Dipl.Psych. Nina Weymann, Dipl.Psych. Sarah Dwinger, Dr. Rüya-Daniela Kocalevent, Dipl. Psych Jördis Zill, Dr. Sylvia Sänger, Dr. Angela Buchholz and Dipl.Ing. Ivo Engert.
